Thank you for you interest first of all. A common question I hear from couples is about pricing and why they aren’t listed on webpages. Its a valid query and I understand the desire to see a number to make a decision. At Monteleone Wedding Coordinating there are some important details we must consider first.

-Length of service. Some couples don’t require a full day of coordinating and may only need 4-5 hours. Their quote will look very different than a couple who require 10+ hours.

-Guest count. This is another important detail of a wedding day. In order to make things move seamlessly, the amount of coordinators via guest count is key. Typically if we have an inquiry for an event with more than 80 guests for example, we may need two coordinators to run the timeline properly. As you might have guessed, the cost of hiring an additional set of hands will change the estimate.

-Travel. We WILL travel for love. It is always a treat to go to new places and help coordinate your celebration. We also are present for your rehearsal the day prior as well. Depending on the location we may need to stay over night and seek accommodations. We pride ourselves on seeking reasonably priced lodging near to your venue and if weather permits, we will bring our sprinter van instead.

-Set up/tear down. Typically dependent on the venue you have selected there is occasionally a need for this. We can move large tables, chairs and climb ladders for fixtures but it could require us hiring an extra set of hands.

-Behind the scenes work. A day-of coordinator never just works the day-of. We are professional planners and want all the important details. This means we are likely corresponding with you months out from your wedding. This includes phone calls, zoom calls, walk through at venue, vendor correspondence, floor plan design and a cohesive timeline that will go through multiple iterations prior to the big day.
